Job Position: Manager, Technical – BRAC Health Programme (BHP) [Contractual]

Job Purpose:

To provide technical support and strategic guidance for rural community-based projects in areas like maternal and child health, NCDs, nutrition, eye care, and digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate rural community health interventions.

  • Lead development of clinical protocols, SOPs, training materials, and programme assessment tools.

  • Integrate evidence-based practices and digital health solutions.

  • Support programme monitoring, quality improvement, and data-driven learning.

  • Conduct field visits to monitor quality and provide recommendations.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

  • Follow safeguarding reporting procedures.

  • Promote a safe working environment.

Educational Requirements:

  • MBBS degree and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) – Required

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in NGOs, public health, or related sectors.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge on public health.

  • Skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
